Making a Will can be a daunting procedure, but WSL is there to help and advise you every step of the way.
Step one
During the appointment a WSL Legal Consultant will go through everything with you in detail, to ensure they have a full picture of your circumstances and your wishes. They will explain the legal powers of executors, guardians and trustees so it is easier for you to decide who to appoint.
Step two
The Legal Consultant will also carefully explain to you what allowances the Inland Revenue Service offers you with regards to Inheritance Tax. They will ensure that you have a thorough understanding of what can be done to avoid this tax, making this complex area of financial planning simple. They will then take payment so that our legal department can start drafting your documents.
Step three
Within 28 days of your appointment our legal department will send you your Will for your approval, along with clear guidelines on how to sign and witness it. After this, your Will becomes a legally binding document.
WSL makes the whole process as quick and easy as possible for you, giving you the best advice and the highest standards of service. Get in touch with us now – we’re here to help you.
